Hey, folks. Live from Morgan Freeman’s half-bath, Campbell Award winning author Mur Lafferty and I are back with a brand new episode of Ditch Diggers, our NSFW podcast about writing as a job.

In this episode Mur and I talk about awards, specifically the Hugos, and what their practical value is to your career as a writer. We even have statistics. That’s right, shit just got real. We also answer email and take questions from Twitter on marketing, small press, contracts, and some other stuff I can’t remember right now, but I do remember I’ve never laughed harder than I did at one of the questions we got during this one.
